By now most of you know I am a runner. I ran cross country and track for Ferris State University (go bulldogs!) In track I was the 10k runner, I say "the" and not "a" because there were not very many of us who did the 25 lap race. A favorite pass time during track was to gather around the water pit during the steeplechase and cheer on our team. This was fun for a few reason. One: we like to win and two: because at every meet, there is always, with out fail someone who biffs it so bad that you talk about it for a week.

For those of you who don't know steeplechase is a distance event, 3,000 meters (nearly 2 miles) that has hurdles along the track, one hurdle also has the dreaded water pit. This video was taken at Saginaw Valley University (if my memory serves correct) It was my sophomore year of college and I am one of the 20 runners you see sitting by the water pit. If you fast forward the video to about 1:45 you will see the best steeple fall EVER...
