Grand Rapids Rocks — Edge From Falling
I love Grand Rapids and all it has to offer with local music, so I decided why not feature local bands here on wgrd.com! Today’s featured Edges From Falling, they answered a few questions for me below! Check them out, and if you’re in a local band who wants to be featured fill out this form. When did the band get together, and how?
The band originated about 6 years ago as a 3 piece, and has had countless members since. The band then called it quits sometime in 2010.
After a about a 2 year hiatus and a few failed projects, the lead vocalist, Matt, decided to restart the project with all new members and a new sound- but with the same name (other former members gave approval first of course).
So through some craigslist postings and auditions, the band ultimately reformed. The current members have been together for about 6 months.
