Grand Rapids Refuse & Recycling Pickup Cancelled Tuesday Due To Snow

Pickup of refuse (trash), recycling, and lawn waste has been cancelled within the city of Grand Rapids for Tuesday. The City of Grand Rapids released a statement late Tuesday morning informing residents.

The city says that because of the heavy snowfall we've received, public service staff have all been diverted to plowing the streets. 

Snow plows are currently out on first attention routes and main roads.

Due to the cancellation of refuse and recycling pickup Tuesday, services for the remainder of the week will be delayed by one day.
