Godsmack, Seether, Pop Evil Lead 2014 Uproar Festival Tour Kicking Off in Clarkston Aug. 15 [Video]

The lineup has just been announced for the 2014 Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival, and a number of powerhouse hard rock acts on the bill. Godsmack and Seether lead a stellar roster of bands that also includes Skillet, Buckcherry and more.

In addition to the aforementioned acts, the Uproar Festival tour features Grand Rapids' own Pop Evil, Escape the Fate, Redlight King, These Raven Skies, Tattered, Sons of Revelry -- last year's Uproar Battle of the Bands winner == and a special burlesque show by Suicide Girls.

Also, 3 Years Hollow, Within Reason and New Medicine will each play select dates on the trek.

The 2014 Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival trek kicks off Aug. 15 in Clarkston at DTE Energy Theatre and will run through Sept. 21.

A list of dates has been released with more to be announced.

Tickets for most of the dates listed will be available beginning this Friday, June 20, at RockstarUproar.com, and fans who purchase tickets through Ticketmaster within the first 72 hours of them going on sale will have the option to buy Godsmack's upcoming album, '1000hp (due Aug. 5), for the low price of $7.99.
