Police in Wyoming Michigan need your help in locating a gunman and getaway driver after a deadly shooting early Monday morning.

The shooting was at the Marathon gas station on the corner of 28th Street and Buchanan Avenue. Reports of gunfire were around 6 a.m.

According to WOOD TV, a woman was flagged down by a man as she was driving past the gas station. Once she pulled in to the lot, she went inside and that is where she discovered the employee that had been shot.

Wyoming police said the woman that was in 50s was killed from the gunshot wound and was the only person who was working at the time of the shooting.

Witness's say the gunman was a 6 foot tall black man that has a slim build and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt that had white pull strings on the hood.

The getaway driver was also reported to be wearing a hooded sweatshirt. The driver and the shooter left the scene in an early 2000s model white Cadillac and were last seen driving northbound on Buchanan Avenue.

The investigators are still interviewing witness's while trying to find out if anything was stolen from the store.
