Skydiving, flying a plane, and using a jet pack would be some pretty sweet stuff to do. Due to the fact that is cost way to much money to even do any of these things, I have to resort to video games for my adventures. Taking advantage of the Mode 6 engine of the SNES, Pilotwings was a pretty sweet game!

What: Pilotwings is a game where you play as a cadet aviator! Fly planes through rings, Hang glide through rings, and even skydive thru more...rings....yea it sounds boring but is actually fun trying to get the high score. You go thru 4 courses each which have their own difficulty. Then at the end, you have to save your teachers in a helicopter battle. Which is one the most difficult things I will ever do in a game....

Why: When you do really well on a course, your teacher will have a facial expression to show you. If you do bad, he will be disappointed in you, but man...do really well and their face looks visually terrifying! Pretty sure this game gave me nightmares as a kid just because of those faces. Overall, a simplistic game, but fun. They made one for Nintendo 64 and even Nintendo 3DS, but they were not as fun as the old skool one.
