Meteor showers are always a fun way to enjoy a Michigan summer night. S'mores are pretty good too. Here's a chance to combine the two this summer!

The Michigan Department of Natural Resources is bringing back a new and delicious tradition. Enjoy Meteors and S'mores at multiple Michigan state parks this August as the Perseid meteor shower hits the night sky!

There is potential to see hundreds of meteors each night. Of course, there's also potential for clouds, but with free s'mores available we think you'll go away happy either way. The state parks will be hosting Meteors and S'mores on different nights. Here's the schedule for Meteors and S'mores during the Perseid meteor shower:
