Yo can enjoy one of Michigan's top outdoor activities for free this weekend! The Michigan Department of National Resources has announced the annual Summer Free Fishing Weekend is June 10 and 11.

According to WZZM-13, Michigan has held free fishing weekends to promote the state's resources since 1986.

During these two days, residents and non-residents can fish on all waters, for all species of fish, without any fishing license fees.

All other fishing regulations will still apply.

Entry fees for vehicle access to all of Michigan's state parks and recreation areas will also be waived on June 10 and 11.
