With all of the bad news in the world these days, it's nice to get a little good news every now and then.

And while we can't just snap our fingers and make good things happen, "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" has done the next best thing.

In a segment titled "I've Got Good News and Good News," Jimmy Fallon had local news anchors from NBC affiliates across the U.S. read fake good news stories.

Even though they're not real, it'll make you feel better about life for at least a couple minutes.
