James Nielsen had a goal: break the record for the beer mile.

"What's the beer mile?," you ask.

Basically, you drink a beer, then run a lap. Do that four times around a standard track and field oval.

The record, until Nielsen attempted it recently, was 5 minutes, 9 seconds.

That wasn't good enough, though, for Nielsen. He wanted to not only break the record, but break the 5-minute barrier.

He accomplished both.
