‘Free Beer & Hot Wings’ Takes BMW 5 Sedan For Ride Courtesy Sharpe BMW [Sponsored]

"The Free Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show" took the show on the road this month, and Sharpe BMW provided the vehicle to get the crew there -- a beautiful BMW 5 Series diesel sedan.

On March 13, Free Beer, Hot Wings, Eric Zane and Producer Joe did "The Free Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show" at 96 Rock in Cincinnati. They visited with former Cincinnati Bengals great Ickey Woods during the show.

For the ride down and back to Grand Rapids, "The Free Beer & Hot Wings" quartet drove and tooled around in a pre-owned BMW 535d xDrive Sedan.

The foursome made a stop in Fort Wayne, Ind., en route to Cincinnati.

"We stopped for diesel ..., but did we have to?" Free Beer said. "No.'

"No. God no," Zane said. "One hundred eighty-eight miles. And it was full when we started and we used just one quarter tank of gas."

"That is ridiculous," Free Beer said. "It's a beautiful car. ... What we're telling you is this is a fantastic BMW driving machine that comes with USB ports and a separating console."

Those were features which Hot Wings was drawn to.

Zane said in driving the BMW he experienced "a couple of things I've never experienced," including a heads-up display showing the vehicle's speed.

"This is a terrific car. It's quiet and very smooth, and it's effortless to drive," Zane said.
