We’ve posted many, many videos in the past that we’ve referred to as the “worst first pitch video ever.”

But seriously, this one IS the WORST.

This fan was throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at the Houston Astros-Oakland Athletics Major League Baseball game Tuesday in Houston.

Not only did she not hit the plate, but she nearly hit herself with the ball after releasing it — if that’s at all possible!
