911 Call Claims Creed Frontman Scott Stapp Is Out to Kill President Barack Obama [Audio]

A few weeks ago, we talked about how Creed frontman Scott Stapp appeared to be losing his mind.

He posted a video announcing that he was broke, living in a hotel and that the IRS had frozen all of his accounts.

Well, things appear to be getting worse for Stapp.

TMZ acquired audio from a 911 call placed by Stapp's estranged wife, Jaclyn, and a sister-in-law.

The sister-in-law gives an unflattering description of Stapp. She claims that while he has escaped a mental facility and is off his meds, that's not even the weird part.

According to the sister-in-law, Stapp is convinced he's a member of the CIA on a rogue mission to assassinate President Barack Obama. She says he believes he's on the run from the CIA, which is trying to kill him first.

Stapp later placed his own call to 911 claiming his wife had stolen his vehicle, and he's already expressed the believe that his wife is trying to steal his money.

It's hard to predict what truth might eventually come out of this debacle.
