Free Beer & Hot Wings: Neighbor’s Dog Can No Longer Reach Tree Branches [Video]

This poor pooch.

He used to get hours of enjoyment from jumping around in the backyard and grabbing on to tree branches.

But then those silly neighbors had to go and trim those tree branches and take away all of Sparky's fun.

But that doesn't stop him from trying.

Try as he may, though, he's still coming up about 25 feet short. Poor Sparky.
