Four Michigan women have been arrested and charged for offering sex acts to male clients at a spa in Macomb County.

Authorities had been investigating the Sun Chinese Spa at the time of the arrests. Detectives say that the business had been advertising for customers online (what is a table shower? They have "soft hands and beautiful smiles"?), and investigators used surveillance and undercover detectives before executing a search warrant for records at the business on January 14. The business is now closed.

Five women, all employees of the spa, were arrested following the investigation. One of the women was released after police discovered that she had just arrived in Michigan on the same day as the search. The four women were charged with Maintaining a House of Prostitution, Accosting & Soliciting, and Using a Computer to Commit Crime.

The women are:

  • Meijuan Yu, 49
  • Suhua Mei, 44
  • Hongmei Qu, 26
  • Xiaoying Yu, 51

All four women live in Harrison Township, and investigators say that Mei is in the U.S. illegally.

All four women will appear in court on January 27.
