Timothy Vallier, the former men's rowing coach at Rockford Public Schools, allegedly recording two girls changing clothes is now charged with multiple felonies.

Vallier was arraigned Monday in Grand Rapids. The charges against him include child sexually abusive activity, two counts of using a computer to commit a crime, and possessing child sexually abusive material. The charge of using a computer to commit a crime carries a sentence of 20 years to life in prison.

A camera was discovered inside of the Rockford Crew House by a student. That student's parents then brought to Mike Shibler, the Superintendent at Rockford Public Schools, who then called the police.

Vallier no longer works for the district and will have no access to school property.

His next court hearing is scheduled for July 22.
