The rumors are true! As previously reported, Foo Fighters, Eminem and Muse will headline an impressive lineup for this year's Lollapalooza in Chicago, which takes place August 5-7 at Grant Park. Over 120 bands will help celebrate the 20th anniversary of the festival.

Supergroup A Perfect Circle will continue their festival appearances after Rock On The Range in May with a Lolla set, and will be joined by My Morning Jacket, Deftones, Cage the Elephant and Manchester Orchestra. Other great acts include Cee Lo Green, City And Colour, Cold War Kids, Flogging Molly, Bright Eyes and music video geniuses OK Go.

Festival founder and Jane's Addiction frontman Perry Ferrell will once again host dance stage Perry's, which will be headlined by Girl Talk, Kid Cudi and Pretty Lights, just to name a few.

Three-day weekend passes are available for $215. V.I.P. and travel packages are also available through Lollapalooza's site. Festival organizers are estimating over 240,000 attendees this year.

I went to Lolla last year for the first time since it stopped being a touring festival and it was awesome. Will you be making the trip to Chi-Town in August? What bands do you want to see?
