Delicious brews were the order of the day this past weekend as D&W Fresh Market presented the second annual WGRD Summer Craft Beer Festival at John Ball Park on Saturday (August 11). Attendees were able to sample the best that the top micro breweries had to offer and didn't go home disappointed. Go through our photo gallery to see how much fun people had at the event.

While the skies looked uncomfortably grey early on in the day, the sun finally broke through as people started filing into the park. Michigan favorites like Founders Brewing Co., Bell's Brewery, New Holland Brewing Company and 30 more breweries were on hand, offering over 100 beers for fans to salivate over.

Eckrich were also out with their massive interactive display, including a football toss game that saw people's accuracy get worse as the day went on. The No. 43 Eckrich Ford Fusion race car made an appearance to show off its revving engine, and of course the Eckrich staff were handing out sausage samples.

We want to give a big thanks to all of our sponsors for making the 2012 GRD Summer Craft Beer Festival possible, including D&W Fresh Market, Gun Lake Casino, Sport Clips, Godwin Plumbing and all of the awesome breweries and food vendors that came out.

Can't wait to see you next year!
