The first six people to fill out the form below will be registered for a chance to compete in a contest on June 2nd during the Free Beer & Hot Wings remote at Berlin Raceway (5pm-7pm) to win tickets.

You will need to be at Berlin Raceway by 5pm ON THE DOT on Saturday June 2nd to compete.

The date of the MIS race is Sunday June 17.
