The FBI has asked a Flint, Michigan judge to dismiss the Insane Clown Posse's lawsuit against them for officially labeling their fans, or Juggalos, as a gang.

A trial was not expected to begin until May of 2014.  No date is currently scheduled for a hearing on the FBI's summary judgment motion.  The FBI wants the case thrown out because they have turned over all pertinent records in two separate releases.

The FBI listed Juggalos as a gang in the National Gang Intelligence Center's 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment Emerging Trends report.  ICP sought information from the report that referred to Juggalos as a "loosely-organized hybrid gang" that "exhibits gang-like behavior and engages in criminal activity and violence."

In the meantime, you can watch the accused gang leader's TV show, Insane Clown Posse Theater, Wednesday nights at 11 on fuse.

Here is a clip of the show featuring Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope commenting on the Miley Cyrus video for "We Can't Stop."
