Since you've seen the movie, you'll understand that Kylo Ren is incredibly torn between the light and dark sides of the Force. His inner turmoil is huge, and his relationship with his parents is, well, bad. Murderously bad. He's one of the best forms of "nobody understands me" that I've seen recently, which is why it's no surprise that someone on Twitter has made an "Emo Kylo Ren" account.
