Another retailer has been the victim of a credit card hack.

Forever 21 announced earlier this week that they were hacked earlier this year and people's credit card information could have been exposed.

We immediately began an investigation of our payment card systems and engaged a leading security and forensics firm to assist us.

The fashion retailer says that the hack affected only certain stores, but have not released what stores in what cities/states. But they did say they are focusing on transactions made between March and October 2017.

Because it's still early in the investigation, there is not much information Forever 21 can share at the moment. However, they are encouraging customers to check their credit card statements, and if you see anything suspicious immediately contact your bank.

You can also contact the company if you have any questions or want more information at 1 (888) 494.3837.

Currently there are two Forever 21 stores in West Michigan: Woodland Mall in Grand Rapids & The Crossroads Mall in Portage.
