Detroit Bar Lets You Look at Boobs and Toss a Dwarf

Okay, I'm going to be honest. I have heard so many strange things about the place, I have yet to even visit Detroit. But after reading this story, I think I may have to head over and have some fun there. You can actually go into a topless bar and toss a dwarf! (This is not a euphemism for masturbation, either.)

There's a bar called the Toy Chest, on Ford and Stahelin, right next to the generically named "Pizza Place". It's a topless bar, which in itself is pretty awesome. Their website is crap, but they have topless girls inside, so I will forgive them that.

ON TOP OF THAT (all pun intended), you can also get into their Dwarf Tossing Contest, and throw a professional stunt dwarf onto some mattresses! Longest pitch wins you a trophy, and of course, your significant other will make you hide that s*** in the garage.

While this sounds like a fun thing, there are a lot of folks who are PISSED about this. Dwarf Tossing has been outlawed in Florida and New York, but hasn't been something to come up in Michigan before, so it's still legal.

The Toy Chest isn't into the whole "let's just bring in porn stars" type of entertainment path, so they've decided to host other kinds of fun, like dwarf tossing, fire breathing, boxing, celebrity visits... anything other than just having a porn star show her vag on stage.

Good for them.

Unfortunately, there's a group trying to shut them down. They've already gathered 3,600 supporters (as of right now)on their Change.org petition to shut down the games.

So, if you think going to a topless bar, having a drink or two, and tossing a little person around is a plan for a fun night, you might want to hurry to Detroit. This probably won't be continuing for much longer.
