Dean Guitars Reveals Wayne Static Tribute Guitar [Video]

Before Wayne Static passed away last year, he was about to hit the road on another tour, and placed an order with Dean Guitars for some new gear. He'd asked for a couple new custom versions of his Dean Modifier ML for the trek.

Unfortunately, he never got to tour with these guitars.

For 2015, Dean has revealed the guitars Wayne asked for, and it's a pretty cool guitar!

The one in the video is a black and purple Modifier, with one pickup, one knob, string through body, thin neck, and extra bad-assedness! It was on display last week at the NAMM show in L.A.. The other they'd built for him was presented to his wife, Tera Wray.

These guitars will go on sale this year, if you want to snatch one up!
