Dave Grohl will appear in new Muppet film

Dave Grohl is joining a new band.....sort of.

The Foo Fighter frontman and former Nirvana drummer will make an appearance in a new Muppet film, playing drums for the band the Electric Mayhem.  Current Electric Mayhem drummer Animal will be forced to undergo anger management classes in the movie.

This isn't the first time Grohl has appeared on the big screen.  He played the devil in Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny.  Funny enough, Pick of Destiny co-star Jack Black will also appear in the new Muppet film.

This might be the first Muppet movie I will ever go see.  Tell us what you think below.
