Dave Grohl has been on a roll recently, making headlines for a lot of awesome reasons, but today, he's had to end a show after only a couple songs. He fell off the stage two songs into the Foo Fighters' set in Gothenburg, Sweden today, breaking his leg!

"I think I just broke my leg again. I think I REALLY broke my leg. So look, you have my promise, right now, that the Foo Fighters are gonna come back and finish this show. But ladies and gentlemen, right now, I'm going to the hospital, I'm going to fix my leg, and then I'm going to come back, and we're going to play for you again!"

Until the crazy fan footage of the breaking incident hits YouTube, we only have this video above of Dave's speech, and the photo below of his before he was taken to the hospital.

We'll let you know more as soon as we know!

UPDATE: Apparently, he went off stage and they wrapped his leg, and he came back out and finished the show, anyway! He had crutches, and sat in a chair for most of it, but he did the show, not letting the crowd down. And it was a HUGE crowd!

Ultimately, Grohl returned to the stage with his leg wrapped and finished the concert sitting in a chair. “I may not be able to walk or run but I can still play guitar and scream,” he proclaimed.
