Dashcam Footage of a Guy Passing Out Behind the Wheel [Video]

Well, this is just terrifying.

This guy was just cruising down the highway minding his own business with his dashcam (or back seat cam) rolling when, out of nowhere, he passed out behind the wheel.

He drifted off the road at highway speed, ran through a fence, drove through a field for a while, back through the fence and then headed back towards the highway!

Luckily, both for him and other drivers on the highway, he didn't actually end up on the highway again. He finally regained consciousness once he was back in the field, probably extremely confused.

On YouTube, the driver explains that he had never passed out before, and has since found that this was due to a previously unknown medical condition.
