I trained in athletics for 10 years and competed in long and triple jump. These events require quite a lot of leg and glute strength and I developed large muscles through training and competing. After high school I stopped competing and began modeling. Having worked in the modeling industry I was always worried about doing squats and leg/butt work for fear that my legs would become “too muscular” as this was frowned upon… About 6 months ago, my best friend @ashgray22 told me to start squatting.
