This is one of those stories that, even after watching it to the end, you're still not going to understand exactly what happened.
Two guys in Richmond, Virginia walked into a CVS one night last week, simply looking to purchase cheese.  After learning from an employee that CVS did not carry sliced cheese, the two men continued shopping.  But when it came time to pay for their items, the employees were nowhere to be seen.  They say that they spent 30-45 minutes looking for the employees to no avail.  A police officer eventually showed up and after an extensive search, found the employees locked in a back office.

The employees say that they hid in the back of the store because they were scared of the two shoppers.  What?  Why was their request for cheese so scary?  The officer then asked the two men to leave the store at the employee's request.

CVS is looking into the matter, saying that the employees will be interviewed about the incident and possibly retrained.
