Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette is expected to announce criminal charges today stemming from the Flint water crisis. Who will get served? Speculation points to three, possibly four people.

Sources say at least two and possibly four people will be slapped with felony and misdemeanor offenses. One of those to be charged is a Flint city official who allegedly signed false reports about water testing.

Officials believe the city got artificially low lead readings because they didn't test the homes most at risk with some of the test homes not having lead lines as one of the officials said in signed documents.

Drinking water in Flint became contaminated with lead after the city switched its water source in 2014. The investigation is continuing and more charges are expected soon.
