You know that old tradition where newlyweds freeze a piece of their wedding cake and eat it on their first anniversary? Well, this couple in Satellite Beach, Fla. has taken that to a whole new level!

Ann and Ken Fredericks were married on August 19, 1955.  And each year on their anniversary, they pull an old Maxwell House coffee can out of the freezer that contains the remnants of their 61-year-old wedding cake. Since it's solid as a rock and damn near petrified at this point, they moisten the cake with a bit of brandy, then "enjoy" a little nibble.

Sure, it's a nice tradition and all, but that can't be good for them at all. But if it hasn't killed them after 61 years, they've probably grown immune to the cake toxins at this point!
