Counterfeit Bills Circulating Around West Michigan Businesses [Video]

Business owners in Norton Shores and throughout West Michigan should be on the lookout for counterfeit bills.

According to WZZM-13, police say there have been four complaints of counterfeit $100 bills and one fake $20 at area businesses.

The fake bills are stamped with "For Motion Picture Use Only".

Police say that anyone who comes across a fake bill should call and provide a description of the person who gave it to them.

According to MLive, the fake bills have reached beyond Norton Shores and have been seen in other spots throughout West Michigan.
