Non-marked police cars are already a polarizing topic, but what about disguised officers? Police in Marietta, GA have started dressing on-duty police officers as road workers near busy intersections. While drivers think they are there for road service, they are actually looking for people texting and driving. Not surprisingly, it's working. They're handing out $150 fines and adding points to driver's licenses, even if the driver is stopped at a light. Many drivers are angry, because they believed texting at a red light was okay. However, the law says otherwise.

It's no question that distracted drivers are a problem, but will all of the tickets handed out cause them to stop the distractions or just try to avoid getting caught?
