This is a total WTF moment. If I was 14 right now I would be scared because of what happened to this girl... here is why.
So 14 year old girl gets her lips flapping at a cop, pisses him off by saying a few swear words, and he retaliates by tasing her in the crotch! I know, WTF?!?!?! When I was 14 I thought I was so cool because I cussed more than anyone in the world, which only led to me being a 26 year old who still cusses more than any adult should.
