Men Told to Stop Fixing Headstones at Vandalized Van Buren County Cemetery [Video]

Earlier this month, three teenagers admitted to vandalizing the Lacota Cemetery in Geneva Township. Over thirty headstones were damaged or tipped over at the 175-year-old cemetery on Baseline Road.

Geneva Township man, Craig Gentry, and a few other guys got together to repair the headstones at the cemetery; Gentry says he's been told to stop trying to fix the vandalism by the township, Fox 17 reports.

Early Sunday morning, two churches in the Hudsonville area were vandalized.

WZZM-13 reports that after receiving tips from the public, three teenagers are being investigated: A 16-year old of Georgetown Township, a 15-year-old girl of Georgetown Township, and a 13-year-old.
