‘The Sims’ is Still One of the Best Games of All Time [Video]

One of the biggest PC games of all time is 'The Sims.' A game where you take control of little people, build a house, get a job, have a kid, etc.

A life simulator essentially.

When this game came out, it blew a lot of peoples minds. We were no longer building cities, ant colonies, or towers. We were building homes, placing appliances, and then living a simulated life.

How Much Time Do you Waste Checking Your Phone? [Video]

Before the world of smart phones hit shelves, the only way you could check the internet was by physically sitting on your laptop or desktop. Meaning you had to take time out of your day and sit in front of a screen.

Now, the screen and internet follows you everywhere on your smart phone.

The big question is, how much time do you spend tapping away on your phone?

I knew that the time would come where I would have to list my favorite video game consoles of all time.

Early Memories of my First Computer [Video]

Believe it or not, before everyone had a smart phone, owning an actual computer was a luxury.

I can't think of one household that I know, friend and family, that does not own a computer. I am not just talking a game console, phone, etc. I'm talking a hardcore desktop computer. If computers didn't exist, I wouldn't even have a job I bet.

Do you remember your first computer though?

Check Out This Terrible Windows 95 Commerical [Video]

The first operating system that I ever dealt with was MS-DOS. It was primitive but we got by with it. Computers for the longest time were considered 'Nerd Tools' because of all the code you had to know just to get something running.

Windows 95 came around and changed all of that. However, their ad campaign didn't change quite yet though.

The Gaming Historian Goes in Depth on History of Video Games [Video]

I think I watch more YouTube videos than I do actual TV show and movies these days.

I find myself watching anything from JonTron, Angry Video Game Nerd, Nostalgia Critic, Clueless Gamer with Conan O' Brien and so many more.

What these all have in common is they all have something to do with video gaming.

Something I really enjoy a lot about these is when they give a little back story of how the game came to be before they go into the review. I think I finally found a YouTuber that excels in the back story part.

Metalhead Ned Searches for an Autographed Christina Aguilera Trading Card [Video]

Remember when trading cards were a big thing? You would buy a folder filled with plastic inserts that you could place your cards in to show off to your friends. Baseball and Basketball cards were big hits. To cash in on the success of sports cards, things like Movies, Musicians, and even television shows showed up in the trading card industry.

I went to a local game store that had some leftover 1990's relics, I bought a few packs, and hoped for the big money.
