Wes Scantlin is becoming a huge joke, with stupid move after stupid move. He keeps getting arrested, and failing to act like a professional more and more.

Today's amazing story comes out of Flint. Puddle of Mudd has had a show scheduled at The Machine Shop for tonight, but apparently, Mr. Scantlin couldn't be bothered to board the plane and fly to Flint. So the Puddle of Mudd show is cancelled.

Iron Maiden Announce New Double Album ‘The Book Of Souls’ For September

Iron Maiden are about to release their 16th album this summer, on September 4th, called 'The Book of Souls'! I'm such a huge Maiden fan, I've been geeking out about this all day. This is also their first double album, clocking in at something like 92 minutes!

They wrote this one a bit differently, with a lot of the music being written in the studio, rather than being brought in a tweaked by the band. They also recorded it in the same studio in Paris, with Kevin Shirley, that they'd recorded 'Brave New World'.

Clueless Rolling Stone Finally Gets Rush on The Cover

It only took 40-odd years of Rush being an amazing band with tons of fans for Rolling Stone to figure out that there's something to it. Or maybe they haven't, and just made a lucky mistake. Rolling Stone is a terrible magazine for music.

My hatred of the mag aside, it's about time they put Rush on the cover, and just in time, since this will probably be the last tour for the Canadian band.

Mayhem Festival Promoter Has Approached Pantera for a Reunion

Here's a bad idea:

The producer behind the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival has approached the surviving members of Pantera about reuniting, to 'get them out there'. He thinks it would be totally 'bad ass'...and people would have a chance to see Pantera, and of course he would make a s***-ton of money selling tickets.

I know, a lot of people never got to see Pantera during their heyday, and would really like a chance to see them. I totally get it.

But guess what? It's NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN!
