The Legend of Zelda (NES) is Still Epic After 20 Years

Lately I have been playing a lot of games that most people would consider me 'not hardcore' gamer. Lot's of Nintendo games like Mario Kart 8, Super Mario 3D World, and pretty much anything classic. Last night, I just had the feeling I wanted to sit horribly close to a tube TV, grab my old players guide, and just play through the original Legend of Zelda. You know what? This game still hold's up REALLY well.

Games To Try Before You Die: Ghostbusters (PS3, XB360, Wii)

Another new game in GTTBYD? Crazy I know! In honor of the 30th Anniversary of the amazing film known at Ghostbusters, this weeks GTTBYD is dedicated to the one of the better Ghostbusters games out there. The one of Sega Genesis is great, but with a newer generation, I have to pay homage to this game. It has it's flaws, but it's overall a fun experience!

Games To Try Before You Die: Condemned Criminal Origins (XB360)

Getting a little newer with this weeks GTTBYD this week. I have always enjoyed a thrilling game that keeps you on your toes. Silent Hill and the Resident Evil series are like that! This game came out VERY early in the Xbox 360 life span, and is considered 'not that good' of a game. Give it a break though, it was a launch title!

The New ‘Silent Hills’ Teaser is Absolutely Terrifying

I don't own a Playstation 4, but after watching this terrifying teaser that is available on PS4 right now, I am encouraged to buy one now. I loved the original Silent Hill on PSX, and to me is still the definition of Survival Horror.

If the game is anything like the teaser is showing, we may have a new champion.

Games To Try Before You Die: Splatterhouse (XB360,PS3)

Blood, guts, decapitations, death, and heavy metal. This game is the definition of all of that! When this game was first announced, I got pretty excited. It was an old school beat em' up in the 21st century. The game has been critically panned by critics everywhere, but I loved it.
