One of our favorite things to talk about on the show over the last couple of years is the rise and fall and rise and fall and rise and fall of retired MLB player Lenny Dykstra. Lenny's most recent fiasco involved him being booked on charges of grand theft auto, among 25 other charges. We talked early this morning about how there seemed to be a functional cure for AIDS, at least in one instance. A guy was given a bone marrow transplant from someone with an immunity to HIV (another thing we never knew existed) four years ago. His HIV has basically disappeared since then!

We started the show by talking about some of the VIP videos on the website that have gotten Zane in trouble over time. He has now gotten to the point of knowing that he shouldn't say certain things, but not until after they're posted. Zane also told us about an awkward incident that he had at a triathlon over the weekend. He, once again, confused two black guys for one another. An article came out recently that said that cereal sales have been down over the last few years because people are eating out more often to start the day. Since we were talking about cereal, we had to go down the list of the great poor people cereals that we used to eat as kids.

We started the morning by talking about inside vs. outside voices. The Zaner said his wife is a definite offender of not being able to differentiate between the two at certain times. The Zaner also told us about his most recent bike altercation on the show this morning. He was riding his bike yesterday and someone decided to pull up next to him and tell him the rules of the road. A billionaire was not happy with his $43M beach house. He didn't like that every room did not have a beach view, so he tore the place down and built a new house in it's place!

The National Enquirer is now claiming that Maria Shriver knew about Arnold's infidelities for years, but was convinced by other family members to stick with him so it wouldn't bring controversy to the family. We talked about how that was ridiculous, considering the family's history.

We talked a bit this morning about how much money The Hangover 2 has made so far. It's broken a bunch of box office records, despite being the same movie as the original. Steve was the only one that saw it last weekend and didn't give it the most glowing review. Andy Dick is in a bit of trouble because of something he did at a recent comedy show. He was on stage, wearing a dress, and walked up to a dude in the audience and flopped it out right on the guy. During this break, we were alerted to the greatest webcam wormhole ever. It never gets old!

The lights in our studio were all messed up this morning. It turns out that someone from the local TV station came in and adjusted them, because we're going to be doing a segment with them each morning. Steve also found out that he was going to be the cameraman for that. Free Beer saw Sixteen Candles with his wife over the weekend. They saw it at a local movie theater on their anniversary. He said that it definitely DID NOT stand the test of time. We talked about a billionaire who announced recently that he was only going to eat meat from animals that he killed himself. You may be surprised to find out who the person is.

Free Beer jammed his thumb last night at basketball. This caused him to have to squeeze the toothpaste out of the tube with the opposite hand; something that should be difficult but caused him a great deal of trouble. We got an update on the guy that won 5 million bucks last week at an Atlantic City casino. It turns out that he also hit big at two other casinos and won a total of 14 million dollars!

We started the morning by getting a Miami Heat update from superfan Chi. They won last night so he was wearing his Heat jersey in celebration. We talked a bit about the possible NBA lockout that will most likely happen next season. Nielsen released their ratings that showed the average number of viewers for television shows this season. We weren't really surprised by the top few shows, but hadn't heard of a bunch of the shows on the list.

A few years ago, Zane's wife went nuts over Taylor Hicks when he won American Idol. Zane informed us this morning that American Idol Mania has returned to his house, as his 14 year old daughter is obsessed with one of the finalists. He's going to get video of her crying, regardless of him winning or losing. Free Beer was doing some online banking yesterday and noticed that his wife's checking account had some big purchases that she had not made. It turned out that someone got her credit card info and was using it to do a bunch of online shopping!

Free Beer told us about a special he watched last night on producer Jerry Winetraub. The dude was so ahead of his time and pretty much revolutionized the industry. It followed his career and some of the crazy moves he made to get to the top. We read one of those articles this morning that tried to put the national debt in to perspective. Of course, since the dollar amount is so ridiculously high, it completely blew our minds.

Zane had another story this morning from the "table of wisdom" at the gym he goes to. He asked a guy he knew if he rode his motorcycle to the gym and the response was 100% unrelated to the question asked. He also had an interaction which caused him to go from zero to rage in about two seconds. James Cameron will be re-releasing Titanic in 3D to coincide with the 100 year anniversary of the boat going down.
