Free Beer started us off with a familiar story today. A homeless person tried to jump in front of his car but Free Beer diverted by driving around first. We talked a bit about the last few days videos from Spain where Joe and Steve ran with the bulls. The insanity in the arena is still incredible. We discussed a story about a kid who claimed lighting cannot strike a family twice. This was 50 years after his father was struck and killed by lightning. Don't taunt mother nature.

We started the morning talking about Joe and Steve beginning their long trip back to the States. Recapping their most recent videos is still absurd to see people nearby getting thrown around by bulls. Just crazy. You can still check all those videos out on the Videos page. We went over a list of classic movie scenes put together by Entertainment Weekly. Some of them were no-brainers but a lot of them were head scratchers.

It may have taken a day, but the guys explained how they feel more sick today from Steve and Joe running than they did yesterday. They had danger blinders on and they described what that was like. There was a minor league game that got a little crazy and we discussed how that was.

We'll be doing the show live from Traverse City tomorrow, so we'll be hitting the road after the show today. Hot Wings has been debating bringing the whole family along with him and is worried that he will get zero sleep tonight. Zane, of course, is 100% encouraging him to bring the whole gang along. Station Mayor Heinz' email account must have been hacked. We've gotten about 1000 spam emails from him over the last couple of days.

We started the morning with our microphones sounding a bit off for the second day in a row. Nothing will be done about that. We're broadcasting the show live from Traverse City, Michigan this weekend with Real Rock 105.1/95.5. We talked about whether or not afternoon guy Smitty would bring up more random conversation during the broadcast, like he did when we called in to his show a few weeks ago to promote the broadcast.
