The husband of a woman who drove the wrong way down the highway while drunk and killed 8 people is now suing everyone including the state and the owner of the van she was driving. Basically, they're saying that she was in no way responsible.

We started the morning by talking about the trailer for the new Planet of the Apes movie. The CG looks kinda crappy, considering the time we live in, but at least half of us still want to see the movie anyway. We checked out the news story of a 13 year old kid that was playing ninjas with his friends. He somehow slipped and fell and got a bamboo stick through the neck! There were photos and video of the kid with the bamboo through his neck in the news story! You can see that in the Video Reel.

We started the morning talking about how it appears as though privatized space travel is really taking off. There are a bunch of different private organizations that will soon be offering trips to space for private citizens for a ridiculous amount of money. We talked about a guy this morning whose dog just died and he was unable to bury it. Instead, he dragged the huge dog on top of a wood pile and tried to burn it. It didn't work out and he burned his house down. Bummer.

We talked a bit about the last few days videos from Spain where Joe and Steve ran with the bulls. The insanity in the arena is still incredible. We discussed a story about a kid who claimed lighting cannot strike a family twice. This was 50 years after his father was struck and killed by lightning. Don't taunt mother nature.
