Here in the United States we can name a child whatever we want. Whether it is a good name, a bad name, a dumb name, or a made up name we can name our little bundles of joy whatever the heck we want. Many other countries in the world have guidelines for naming children. New Zealand is one of those countries and they just released their most recent update to the banned baby name list.
