Welsh metal rockers Bullet For My Valentine will return to Grand Rapids this Spring as they headline the 5th annual hardDrive Live tour. Appropriately named hardDrive Live 5, the tour will make a stop at The Orbit Room this May.

Bullet For My Valentine are getting ready to heavily promote their upcoming album, Temper Temper, when it hits stores on February 12. The record will be their fourth studio release and GRD listeners have already heard the single "Riot" on the airwaves. In an unexpected move, Temper Temper was recorded at Karma Sound Studios in Bang Saray, Thailand with producer Don Gilmore (Linkin Park, Rob Zombie, Hollywood Undead).

"I had a bit of an idea going into this," frontman Matthew Tuck said in a press release. "It was basically 'record-as-we-go'. There were no writing or demo sessions this time around. I'd just done the same thing with my other band AxeWound, and it was so exciting and productive. So I asked the Bullet boys, 'Can we go somewhere and write and record the album?' We decided on Thailand, and it was the best decision we could've made."

Tickets for the May 11 show are $20 in advance and go on sale this Friday (January 25) at 10am at the Orbit Room box office, all Ticketmaster locations, Ticketmaster.com or charge by phone at 1-800-745-3000. Stars In Stereo will open up this all ages show.
