Things are picking up for Between the Buried and Me. The group recently announced a spring tour and now they've tacked on a bunch of summer shows while also announcing the name and release date of their forthcoming disc.

The album will be titled Coma Ecliptic and it's due on July 7. The release of the first single and pre-orders for the disc will take place on April 3. The disc is said to be a concept album, with the story following the wanderings of an unidentified man, stuck in a coma, as he journeys through his past lives. Each song has been created to be its own episode in a modern day. As the man enters each world, he's offered a choice to stay or move on to the next in search of something better, something more "perfect."

After completing their spring trek with the Atlas Moth, Between the Buried and Me will return to North America July 7 when they kick off the "Coma Ecliptic Tour." Animals as Leaders and The Contortionist will provide support on the run, which launches in Athens, Ga.

The group also has a one-off festival appearance the weekend of June 11-14, as they've signed on for the Bonnaroo Festival lineup. The event takes place in Manchester, Tenn. See all of their tour dates below and check out VIP ticketing options at this location.
