Berlin Raceway Announces $100,000 Battle of Berlin 251 with Chase Elliot and Erik Jones [Video]

Berlin Raceway has announced details of their 2015 Battle at Berlin 251, which is coming up this June 16th! This year's race will feature a guaranteed $100,000 purse, making the 251 one of the highest paying race events in the Midwest! This year's race will also feature two of racing's biggest rising stars, Chase Elliot and Erik Jones.

The 251 is a multi-day event, kicking off at Craig's Cruisers with a pre-battle .251 go kart race with media, celebrates, racers, and you! Come out and race some radio and TV peeps, as well as Chase Elliot, and see if you can outrace a pro!

Berlin has a reputation as a tough track for racers working their way up, but they hope to bring in a lot more great racers this year, with the 251's $100,000 guaranteed total payout, and the $10,000 winner's prize for the race.

With live pitstops during the races, you get the added tension of who's going to pit when, and how it will affect their position during the race!

There's also a new signature food at Berlin Raceway, the 'Berlin Brat', which is a special secret recipe new brat, made by Tim Sobe of Sobe Meats! It has some Perrin beer in the formula, and is a fantastic new brat flavor that you have to try.
