Basketball Player Dedicates Game to Deceased Friend, Hits Game Winning Shot [Video]
Spencer Wilson, a 17-year-old high school basketball player from North Carolina, dedicated a game to his friend, Josh, who died of cancer 9 months ago.
Trailing by one point with 2 seconds left, Wilson received a pass after a missed free throw attempt and threw up a prayer from over 50 feet away...and nailed it to win the game!
Spencer is a cancer survivor who was diagnosed with a rare tissue cancer at the age of 13. He credits Josh with helping him through his battle with cancer.
