The members of Baroness have confirmed they are safe following terror attacks that took place in Brussels on Tuesday.

The Savannah, Ga.-based alt-metal outfit was scheduled to play a concert in the Belgian capital later today. In a post to their Instagram, the band writes they hope to reschedule the show somewhere else:

We are not in Brussels. We don’t know what’s going on, or where we are going to go yet, but we’ll try to keep you up to date, and we’re going to look into playing a show somewhere. Everyone we know is ok at the moment, and we hope you all are as well. There were a couple bomb attacks in Belgium today, and we’re responding as best we can with the info we have. Stay tuned and everyone please be safe.

CNN reports a series of explosions struck the Maalbeek metro station and Brussels’ international airport, killing at least 34 and injuring 170 more. The tragedy in Belgium follows only four months after the Paris attacks that killed 127 people, including 89 at an Eagles of Death Metal concert at Le Bataclan, in November. One of the men believed to be responsible for the attacks in Paris, Salah Abdeslam, was arrested in Brussels just days ago.
