Bar-S Recalls Over 372 Million Hot Dogs and Corn Dogs Nationwide

Before you fire up the grill, make sure to check out your hot dogs.

Bar-S Foods Company, based in Oklahoma, is recalling approximately 372,684 pounds of chicken and pork hot dogs and corn dog products due to possible Listeria contamination.

The recalled products, which includes 12 and 16 ounce packages of classic franks, were made on July 10-13 2016 and were shipped nationwide. They bear the establishment number “EST. P-81A” inside the USDA mark of inspection.

Consumers who have purchased the recalled products are urged not to eat them. The products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase for a refund. Consumers seeking information should call the Bar-S Foods Consumer Hotline at 1-888-965-6134.
