BaCon 2015: Prepare For Slow-Roasted Pork Belly From Anna’s House [Video]

BaCon, a bacon and beer celebration hits the Deltaplex this weekend!

I had the pleasure of chatting with Denae from Anna's House, who shared with us some of Anna's House's great breakfast foods-- including a waffle covered in bacon! Denae also spilled the beans on what dish Anna's House is bringing to BaCon 2015. 

Denae brought along Anna's House's most bacon-infused menu item: the salted caramel bacon toffee waffle-- it's even got bacon baked inside it!

I also got to sample Anna's great breakfast meats- sausage, ham, and of course, bacon!-  which come from Jones' Dairy and are all natural. Anna's House's red velvet pancakes and corned beef hash skillet looked amazing too!

Anna's House has four locations you can visit to get their awesome breakfast foods: on the East Beltline, on Plainfield, and in Grandville and Holland too!

So what will Anna's House be bringing to BaCon? A slow-roasted slab of pork belly! Denae says it'll be special, just for BaCon and they'll spend 3 days preparing it!
