Yesterday at Celebration! Cinema, I was able to catch a showing of the new "Expendables" movie. I have seen the other three in theaters and they were basically action movies with body limbs flying everywhere.
What, "Expendables 3" the same way?
The action was there, but it was missing one thing that I didn't notice until I got my movie ticket.
I don't own a Playstation 4, but after watching this terrifying teaser that is available on PS4 right now, I am encouraged to buy one now. I loved the original Silent Hill on PSX, and to me is still the definition of Survival Horror.
If the game is anything like the teaser is showing, we may have a new champion.
1993, that glorious film by the name of Jurassic Park showed up in theaters. I remember begging my mother to bring me to the theater to see it, which in the end, I saw it about 5 times in theaters if I remember right. I had action figures, play sets, etc. I freakin' loved Jurassic Park.
19 years later after the film was released, I finally got to visit Jurassic Park.
Blood, guts, decapitations, death, and heavy metal. This game is the definition of all of that! When this game was first announced, I got pretty excited. It was an old school beat em' up in the 21st century. The game has been critically panned by critics everywhere, but I loved it.
Ben Croshaw, better known as Yahtzee has added a new series to his popular Zero Punctuation web series. Yahtzee is not only talking about the new games on whether they were good or bad, he is now attacking some old school retro games and their history.
Yahtzee tackles the history of E.T. for Atari 2600 and the Game Industry after and how it's changed...or not.
I stumbled upon this video earlier today while looking for interesting things that have Arnold Schwarzenegger in it. You know, cause I have that kind of time right? I eventually found this YouTube gold that replaces Darth Vaders normal voice with quotes from Arnie's movies.
Listening to the Free Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show today, they mentioned their dream car that they would like to own someday. I wanted to jump on air and say what my dream car was, but that would have been awkward. Once you hear about this car, you are going to say, "He just wants it because of Back to the Future." Yes, that was the first time I saw it, but my love for the car has grown over the years. Someday, I will own it.
Normally, I interview bands that are of the Metal genre. Music that will make your ears and eyes bleed of awesome. I decided to step out of my 'comfort zone' and interviewed a musician that is not metal and more rock.
